Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture and the Football Association of Ireland are marking International Day Against Racism with a very special collaboration with Off The Ball, Ireland’s premier sports publisher.

On Saturday 20 March Off The Ball will broadcast a panel discussion featuring current Irish international Darren Randolph, former League of Ireland and Dublin GAA legend Jason Sherlock, and Des Tomlinson Intercultural National Strategy Coordinator with the FAI. The panel will discuss racism on and off the pitch, changes in attitudes in recent times, where we are currently at in the Irish game and where we need to get to in terms of combatting racism.

The discussion will be broadcast on Off The Ball’s weekly Saturday afternoon show on 20 March from 1.30pm to 2.30pm and the podcast can be downloaded at www.otbsports.com or watched on YouTube
