Project Baa Baa launched its primary school programme in 2019 aimed at inspiring and educating children on the important role of sheep and associated traditions in our culture
Schools across Co Galway were invited to take part in research from September 2019. Themes included sheep farming, agritourism, food, meat, milk, cheese, wool, craft, eco and innovation.
12 schools took part although many more schools contributed to the project during the past year. This online documentation presents some of the images from the year and the Primary School Sheep Project book (available online) is an enjoyable project book for all ages.
