July 7th sees the launch of Project Baa Baa at Sheep2018: Farm to Fork.
Hosted by Teagasc at their Athenry Campus, Project Baa Baa will present a weekend of activities and demonstrations including:
Traditional uilleann pipe music
Sheep shearing demonstration
Sheep dog trials
Wool spinning, blending and dying
Curing and smoking meats
There will also be examples of cheeses from Ireland, England, Italy, Spain, France and Corsica as well as the launch of the Primary Schools Sheep Project and the Project Baa Baa and Teagasc Colouring Competition.
