Over 4,000 people gathered in Eyre Square, Galway on Wednesday, 18 September to attend the Official Launch of the Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture programme.
We were joined by Chair of Galway 2020 Arthur Lappin, Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht Josepha Madigan and wowed by a spectacular performance from Musician Anna Mullarkey and French performance company Gratte Ciel.
