Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned and cannot be resold. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We cannot replace lost or misplaced tickets, please treat your tickets like cash. All patrons must be in possession of a valid ticket on entry.
Galway 2020 cannot accept liability or validate any tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
Complimentary tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold for cash.
A €1 booking fee applies to each ticket purchased through Galway2020.ie, ticket prices include VAT.
On events with no electronic ticket option we offer postage to Ireland for €1.50 and internationally for €2. If you have not received your tickets by post the box office must be contacted by email no later than 24 hours before the performance.
“Print At Home” or E-Tickets can be scanned from your phone, if you are unable to download the PDF ticket please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Management reserves the right to make essential changes to the programme. Subject to license.
Late admission cannot be guaranteed at some venues & may only occur if there is a suitable break in the event.
It is the customers responsibility to note the specific conditions on a show prior to booking including but not limited to as age restriction, layout, theme and location.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission and the right to confiscate any offending equipment & offenders will be removed without a refund.
Ticketholders enter the venue at their own risk & assume and responsibility for their property.
Galway 2020 gift vouchers are only redeemable through the Galway 2020 website, tickets may not be available for all shows.
